Emergency Services & Service Calls
Our service area for on-demand service calls includes Honolulu, Kailua, Waimanalo, Kaneohe, and Kahalu'u.

*Non-Emergency Service Calls are scheduled between Monday and Friday between 8 am-4 pm on all business days. All requests must be submitted and approved by Oahu Electrical Services a minimum of 24 hours before the date requested. All other requests will fall under Emergency Service Call Rates.

Emergency Service Call 4 pm - 8 am -- (incl. first hour of labor, trip charge, and essential materials)

*Emergency Service Calls are scheduled before or after work hours or when Oahu Electrical Services cannot schedule a service call due to a full schedule. All requests must be submitted and approved by Oahu Electrical Services at least 2 hours before the requested schedule time.
